🍏 Welcome to Nutrition No-Brainer!

“To eat is a necessity,
but to eat intelligently is an art.”
—François de La Rochefoucauld

Why Nutrition No-Brainer?

After upgrading my food choices and constantly seeing others struggle with myths or confusing advice, I created this newsletter to share simple, actionable advice on making healthy eating decisions.

My goal is to make smart food choices intuitive: focusing on boosting energy, preventing fat gain, and empowering long-term health.

Join me in this email series where I’ll cover easy rules of thumb for improving productivity and longevity through the 5 universal healthy eating principles (aka the 5 Nutrition No-Brainers):

  1. Choose Low-Glycemic Foods
  2. Prioritize High-Quality Protein
  3. Cook with Olive or Coconut oil
  4. Favor Whole, Natural Foods
  5. Avoid added sweeteners; Instead, Enjoy Natural Sweetness

Enjoying this? Do share with a friend if you think they may also benefit from it!
